Three members of the Pahang Raub Ban Cyanide in Gold Mining Action Committee (BCAC) have seven days to retract "potentially defamatory" statements made against Raub-Australian Gold Mining Sdn Bhd (RAGM) or face legal action. However, deputy chairman Sherly Hue said that they will not apologise and retract their statement over the air pollution and health issues faced by the Bukit Koman residents. "We will not apologise. We will provide our side of the argument to prove that the residents are facing health issues because of the usage of cyanide at the gold mine in Bukit Koman,"
