Mr Krugu, who made the call at a dialogue organised by the EPA under the Africa Environmental Health and Pollution Management (AEHPM) programme on Tuesday in Accra, reminded the public that mercury contaminated water bodies, and caused kidney malfunctioning and stunted growth.
