The hospitalization of 30 persons from gold mine chemical leakage and the skyrocketing rate of the U.S dollar against the Liberian dollar dominate the headlines of Liberian newspapers on Wednesday.Thirty persons were at the weekend hospitalized at the Phebe Hospital in Bong County for exposure from a chemical spillage from the MNG-Gold reservoir in Bong County.
According to reports, the chemical, which contained cyanide, was spilled in a stream the victims use for drinking and bathing.
