exposures in artisanal and small-scale gold mining (ASGM); reduce the
use of mercury in products (such as medical devices, energy efficient
lamps, dental amalgam, etc.); reduce releases of mercury from unsound
disposal and recycling practices (e.g. open burning and incineration of
e-waste and healthcare waste), as well as other mercury waste related
interventions.
