MOH to meet Bukit Koman residents on cyanide poisoning claims

The Health Ministry will meet with Bukit Koman residents next Monday to discuss the next course of action to resolve their claims of cyanide poisoning from a nearby gold mine.
Health deputy director-general Datuk Dr Lokman Hakim Sulaiman told theSun today the meeting with the Pahang Raub Anti-Cyanide Gold Mining Committee would discuss the protocols and methodology for a full-fledged joint study into their health complaints. "However, we are still waiting for the committee to give us the names of their investigators to join the study."
