Ernest Jones and Beaverbrooks are the latest jewelers to offer wedding rings bearing the Fairtrade and Fairmined dual hallmark, a certification issued by the Fairtrade Foundation and Alliance for Responsible Mining to guarantee certain social and environmental standards. The announcement coincides with a new initiative that targets the United Kingdom’s billion-dollar bridal industry.
