Last Night's NBC Special on Artisanal Mining

Thanks for the "heads up", on last night's show Bob. Basically, there wasn't anything shown that I didn't already know. But I had friends over that watched the special with me that had absolutely no idea of the environmental effects of Mercury and Cyanide in the processing of gold. They were amazed, and I was amazed at them and their lack of knowledge. I guess the good that comes out of a special like this is that people in the U.S. are now becoming more aware of the consequences of these unsafe practices in the gold mining industry.
The world is becoming smaller and smaller and these catastrophies that we are reading about on a daily basis in time, can affect every form of human life on the planet. This is very serious stuff and something has to be done about it.
This is why I feel more strongly than ever that something very positive has to happen with Haber.
