The Health Ministry will meet with Bukit Koman residents next Monday to discuss the next course of action to resolve their claims of cyanide poisoning from a nearby gold mine.
Health deputy director-general Datuk Dr Lokman Hakim Sulaiman told theSun today the meeting with the Pahang Raub Anti-Cyanide Gold Mining Committee would discuss the protocols and methodology for a full-fledged joint study into their health complaints. "However, we are still waiting for the committee to give us the names of their investigators to join the study."
